Mipalloy possesses large inventory of Extruded & Cold drawn Chromium Zirconium Copper rods for rotor bars in long lengths. Mipalloy also has large inventory of Forged Chromium Zirconium Copper Rings in various sizes. Rings are often manufactured in sizes specific to customer requirements.
Mipalloy has complete manufacturing facilities like Forging, Extrusion, Ring Rolling, Heat Treatment, CNC Machining etc.
After manufacture each Short Circuit Ring is checked for Electrical Conductivity & Hardness. The groove on which the rotor bar is brazed is always checked 100% on all rings on a CMM for correct dimensions.
