STUD WELDER COLLETS
Mipalloy manufactures Mipalloy 4 2% Beryllium Copper material. This material has a very high hardness in the range of 35-40 HRC. This material is used for manufacture of stud welder collets, plunger tips etc. Stud Welder Collets when made out of Mipalloy 4 material has a very high hardness, moderate electrical conductivity & excellent spring properties. These properties contribute to very long service life.
